Dumb Parents->Pour Kid

What were these parents thinking when they bought a video camera ... "Maybe one day our kid will put his head in the toilet and we can capture everything one camera . Great idea honey , will buy it !" . If you ask me , after seeing this video I think everybody should call child support to take this pour little kid away from his dumb parents .
